Starter is ₹999/month (₹10,199/year) in India, or $29/month ($329/year) outside India, for 1 business, 2 users, 10,000 records and Google Sheets sync. Growth is ₹1,499/month (₹15,299/year) in India, or $49/month ($559/year) outside India, for 1 business, 3 users, 50,000 records, and adds the inbuilt WhatsApp inbox, website form and webhook capture, custom fields and every other integration. Extra team members are ₹499/user/month in India or $9/user/month elsewhere, on either plan. Indian prices are exclusive of 18% GST; no Indian GST is charged on international plans.

Can I use Converso for multiple businesses?

Yes. Every plan covers one business, and each additional business runs on its own plan — so you pick Starter or Growth per business depending on what that branch needs. All of them sit under a single login with workspace switching, and each keeps its own lead pipelines, WhatsApp number, team routing and attribution analytics.

How do I pay from outside India?

International plans are billed in US dollars and invoiced by our team — there is no card checkout to complete. You transfer to a local collection account in your own country, so it is an ordinary domestic transfer with no international wire fees, and we email the invoice once it clears. No Indian GST is charged, because a service sold outside India is an export.

How does the inbuilt WhatsApp communication work?

Converso is an official Meta Tech Provider and connects directly with the WhatsApp Cloud API. Your team can chat 2-way with leads, send approved templates, share brochures, and trigger automated instant greetings right from the lead record.

Instead of losing leads in spreadsheets, you convert inquiries into Deals. You can track progress across visual Kanban stages (e.g. Requirement Identified, Quotation Sent, Negotiation, Won) with win probabilities and revenue forecasting.
